Tip 1: Pay attention to the rhythm of your footsteps and how it feels when your feet touch the ground.
Tip 2: Close your eyes and listen to the sounds around you. Let the sound remind you where are you.
Tip 3: Look at a picture for 5-10 sec and then turn it over. Try to recreate the image in your mind as detailed as possible.
Tip 4: Think of a song you know by heart. Sing it quietly to yourself and focus on the shape of each word on your lips.
Tip 5: Pick your favourite fidget toy, plushy or anything that feels good to touch. Think about how it feels in your hand.
